The United States incarcerates a larger share of its population than any other country in the world. According to the Pew Research Center, there were approximately 2.2 million people incarcerated in the United States in 2016.

Criminal prosecutions are the most serious of cases. They can destroy an accused person's life before the presumption of innocence is ever broken. Getting an experienced trial lawyer to represent you in a criminal case is critical. More specifically, you want a lawyer who will not tell you to settle for the first thing the prosecutor offers and who is willing to litigate.

Dan has handled all types of petty offenses, misdemeanors and felonies and he has litigated at all stages of a criminal case. He is not afraid to fight on behalf of his clients and he is fundamentally opposed to his clients taking bad plea deals. Dan has tried misdemeanor and felony cases in front of juries.
